To avoid any unplanned logistical issues, for guests intending on utilising our complementary undercover, secure car park please note that parking is limited to one vehicle per apartment. As this is a private car park, limited spaces are allocated directly to specific apartment numbers. Guests must park in the parking space they have been allocated at the time of check-in and must also not park in visitor car parks which are reserved exclusively for Bonafide visitors to the resort. The maximum restrictions for any vehicle in the car park is 2.2m height and 5.4m in total length including any accessories. These measurements are in place to avoid damage to the building or any vehicles using them and to ensure correct traffic flow and safety within the carpark at all times. All requests form part of the Body Corporate By-Laws. To avoid inconvenience please ensure your vehicle complies with these requests or guests will be asked to make alternative parking arrangements elsewhere.
We have been advised that construction of the Gold Coast Light Rail Tracks, Stations and overhead wires will begin from September 8th and will continue through to March 2026. There will be extended periods of work that will include night works. There will be periods of noise during construction both day and night. Any lighting will be directed away from the building and surrounding resorts.
Boardwalk has an existing noise reduction ambience within apartments; however, it is our duty of care to inform you.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be cancelled on the property website. No refund will be processed, the rate type booked Terms and Conditions are non-refundable.
